About Us

A-1 Total Interiors, Inc was founded in 1985 specializing in residential work for families and homeowners who needed renovations and improvements around the house done for a fair price and by honest workers. From humble beginnings, the owner, Randy Sanchez Sr. had a dream and a vision to build a company which would become one of the highest quality drywall and acoustical ceiling specialty contractors in San Antonio. Eventually, the business grew into the commercial market, then into government, industrial, medical, and eventually LEED based project work. We have been providing contracting services for mostly commercial and retail construction for over 30 years as a family-based business.

Our ability to remain solvent and productive for over 30 years in the Construction Industry is attributed to our hard work ethic, flexibility, and passion for what we do. A-1 Total Interiors specializes in metal stud framing, drywall, and sheetrock, batt insulation, suspended acoustical ceilings, doors, and hardware. Additional services include INPRO Panels, FRP Panels, sheathing, and wood blocking. We are not limited to this scope of work, it’s just the scope of work we do best.
